SlotIQ is a Dutch provider of dock and yard management software for warehouses, distribution centres and logistics service providers.
SlotIQ is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. For data that customers enter into the SlotIQ platform (such as booking and driver details), SlotIQ acts as a processor on behalf of the customer.

Through the website:
• Demo requests and contact forms: name, email address, company name, phone number and any additional information you provide. • Cookies and similar technologies: see our cookie policy for a full overview.
Through the SlotIQ platform (on behalf of our customers):
• User account details: name, email address, role. • Operational data: bookings, time slots, carrier names, licence plates, driver names and phone numbers, check-in records. • Technical log data required for security and troubleshooting.
• Responding to demo requests and contact enquiries (legal basis: legitimate interest / pre-contractual phase). • Providing and securing the SlotIQ platform (legal basis: performance of the contract). • Improving our website based on anonymised statistics (legal basis: consent, via the cookie banner). • Showing relevant ads to previous website visitors via LinkedIn (legal basis: consent, via the cookie banner).
We never sell your data to third parties and do not use it for automated decision-making with legal effects.
• Demo requests and contact enquiries: up to 12 months after the last contact, unless a customer relationship is established. • Account details: for the duration of the agreement with the customer; after termination, data is deleted or anonymised within 90 days, unless a statutory retention obligation applies. • Operational platform data: in accordance with the agreements made with the relevant customer (data processing agreement). • Cookies: see the retention periods in our cookie policy.
We use a limited number of carefully selected processors to deliver our service, in the following categories:
• Hosting and infrastructure providers for the website, application and database (hosted within the EU or with appropriate EU safeguards) • An email service provider for sending transactional emails (confirmations, notifications) • Google LLC — website statistics (Google Analytics, only with consent) • LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company — advertising measurement (only with consent)
We conclude data processing agreements with all processors that handle personal data on our behalf. Where data is processed outside the EEA, this is done on the basis of appropriate safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
An up-to-date list of sub-processors is available to (prospective) customers via info@slotiq.nl and forms part of the data processing agreement.
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections (TLS), encrypted storage, role-based access control, two-factor authentication for administrator accounts and access logging. Access to personal data is limited to employees for whom it is necessary.
You have the right to:

Send your request to info@slotiq.nl; we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
Are you a driver or carrier whose data appears in the platform of one of our customers? Please direct your request to that customer (the data controller) in the first instance; we support our customers in handling such requests.
We may update this privacy policy, for example when introducing new functionality or in response to changed regulations. The current version is always available on this page. We actively inform our customers of significant changes.
